How it works
Challenge rules
The rules every challenge follows, in every game. Which matches count and how long you have depend on the game, and each game's guide covers them.
Fair play
Play your own games on your own account. Every account you link must belong to you.
Account sharing, boosting, smurfing, win-trading, match-fixing and any other way of manipulating a result break these rules. Breaking them can cost you your entry and any credits won with it, and can lead to a suspension or a permanent ban.
Anti-cheat checks
Some challenges add one or two automatic checks, such as a minimum game length, that screen out remade or stat-padded games. They sit well below normal play, so a real game clears them without extra effort.
Each check is listed with your targets under an Anti-cheat label. A match that misses one is scored as a loss.
How multipliers scale
A win returns your entry times your multiplier, in credits. Hit the target exactly and you get the minimum multiplier you committed to. Beat it by more and the multiplier rises on its own, up to the maximum shown before you start.
Free practice challenges work the same way, with no credits involved.
Disputes
If a result looks wrong, message us first. Most questions get sorted out there, without a formal dispute.
If it is still wrong, open the settled challenge and choose File a dispute. You can file one for 4 hours after the challenge settles, and the button shows only while you can.
Filing a dispute costs some reputation, which you get back if the dispute is accepted. When a scoring error, a data fault or fraud is confirmed, Zenko may check the result again or refund your entry.
What you agree to
Starting a challenge means you accept the Skill-contest rules and the Terms of Use. They are the full text behind this page.
Zenko may suspend, void or change a challenge when something outside its control gets in the way: a software fault, a service interruption, fraud or coordinated abuse.
Every game has its own guide: which matches count, how long you have, and where your result comes from.
