By using Zenko, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing your use of our platform and services.
Skill-contest rules & eligibility
Zenko Credits performance challenges are skill-based contests governed by our Skill-Contest Rules. By entering any challenge you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, that you reside in an eligible jurisdiction as listed on the Skill-Contest Rules page, and that you have read and agree to those rules.
Challenges are void in jurisdictions where skill-based contests are prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for confirming your eligibility before participating. Violation of these eligibility requirements may result in account suspension and forfeiture of entries and rewards.
Your game accounts
The game accounts you connect to Zenko (including Riot Games, Epic Games, and any other supported publisher) must belong to you and be registered in your name. You may not share your account, play on another person’s account, have another person play on your behalf, use boosting or account-purchasing services, or connect an account you are not authorized to use.
You are responsible for all activity under the accounts you connect, and each connected account must remain in good standing under that game publisher’s own terms of service. Because Zenko challenges are skill-based contests with real rewards, the person who plays must be the same person who receives any reward.
Violation may result in disqualification from a challenge or tournament, forfeiture of entries and rewards, suspension or permanent termination of your Zenko account, withholding of rewards pending identity verification, and reporting to the relevant game publisher.
