Skill-Contest Rules

Every Zenko challenge measures your performance against a published target (for example, “achieve 9+ kills,” “reach top-4 placement,” or “reach 300+ farm”). Your performance is evaluated against that objective criterion alone. The outcome does not depend on random events, on the performance of other players, or on any factor outside your control.

How scoring works:

• You set an entry in Zenko Credits (ZKC).
• You complete the in-game objective within your challenge window.
• Your performance is measured against the published target.
• If you meet or exceed the target, you receive a performance-based reward multiplier applied to your entry. If you do not meet it, your entry is forfeited.

There is no pooled prize, no head-to-head betting against other players, and no reward affected by how other participants perform. Higher-difficulty targets carry higher potential multipliers; your reward is determined by your individual performance alone.

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Zenko challenges are available only in eligible jurisdictions. Skill-based contest laws vary by location, and you are solely responsible for confirming that participation is legal where you are before entering a challenge.

Skill-based contests and the use of Zenko Credits for performance challenges are void where prohibited by law. If you reside in an ineligible jurisdiction, you may not participate.

You are responsible for:

• Confirming you are 18 or older.
• Confirming you reside in an eligible jurisdiction.
• Understanding the laws where you are and ensuring your participation is legal.
• Providing accurate account information.

If you are unsure whether you are eligible, do not participate.

You enter a challenge by submitting an amount of Zenko Credits. That amount is your entry and is deducted from your account when you create the challenge. If you meet the published performance target, your reward is your entry multiplied by the performance multiplier, which depends on the challenge difficulty and your tier and is published before you enter.

Zenko challenges are not betting pools. Your reward is not affected by how many other players enter, how they perform, or any combined total of entries. Zenko Credits are non-transferable; rewards are claimed in your account through Zenko’s authorized redemption process.

Some challenges require a minimum number of participants to run. Zenko reserves the right to refund entries at full value, with no penalty, when fewer than the minimum number of participants enter a contest window. Refunds for cancelled challenges are credited automatically to your account within 24 hours.

Zenko is committed to fair competition. We monitor for:

• Cheating or use of unauthorized modifications to the game.
• Collusion or coordination with other players to manipulate outcomes.
• Account sharing, boosting, or playing on (or with) a game account that is not your own. Connected accounts must belong to you, as set out in our Terms.
• Account manipulation or fraud.
• Violations of the game publisher’s terms of service.

Violations may result in forfeiture of your entry and any associated rewards, suspension or a permanent ban from Zenko challenges, and reporting to the relevant game publisher.

Zenko may update these rules at any time. We will provide notice of material changes on this page. Your continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated rules.
